A Pen and a Prayer is about using words to build doorways to a larger, sacred reality. When we take the time to construct a doorway, and the time to be still before the door, the Spirit draws us into a reality far larger than our words and actions could construct. When we build a door, we cannot know what is on the other side. Yet, we can be certain that we are held fast by God when we walk through it.
